We pride ourselves on fostering a unique apartment community tailored specifically for artists. If you're an artist seeking a space that resonates with your creative spirit, you're in the right place. However, there are certain criteria you must meet to be a part of our community.
ARTIST APPLICATION CRITERIA:
Artist Status: At least one member of the household must be an artist. This means demonstrating a genuine commitment to your art form. Whether you're a painter, dancer, designer, or any other type of artist, we welcome you.
Income Source: Your art doesn't need to be your primary source of income. We understand that passion sometimes exists outside of one's main profession.
Application Process: To be recognized as an artist, you'll need to complete our online artist application. This will be meticulously reviewed by a panel of fellow artists.
WHAT TO INCLUDE IN YOUR APPLICATION:
Professional Details: A resume, references, and a portfolio showcasing your work.
Artistic Journey: A brief history of your creative endeavors.
Future Aspirations: Your long-term creative and career goals.
Community Spirit: A genuine desire to be part of and engage in our vibrant creative community.

No household member qualifies as an artist.
You have unpaid rental-related debts.
You receive a negative reference from a past or present landlord.
There's any falsification in your application.
You have a pending bankruptcy.
