Live Where Shreveport Creates.
Historic brick, towering beams, and the pulse of the Downtown Art District at your doorstep. Whether you create art or simply love being surrounded by the energy, music, and flavors of downtown, Uneeda Lofts is your front row seat.
Immerse Yourself in Downtown Living
You don’t need to hold a paintbrush or play an instrument to belong here, you just need an appreciation for authentic urban living.
Uneeda Lofts blends the architectural soul of a historic biscuit warehouse with modern apartment comforts. Step out your front door and walk to local coffee shops, live performance venues, riverside galleries, and weekend markets. Inside, you’ll find an open, light-filled blank canvas with exposed brick walls and original structural timbers waiting for your personal style.
