Utilities - Residents pay electric, cable, internet, and phone.

A flat-rate water/sewer fee (currently $27 per month) is added to rent.

Rental Application Fee- $50 per applicant (non-refundable)

Artist Application Fee - $50 (This fee only charged if rental application is approved and only one household member needs to apply)

Security Deposit - $300 refundable OR $100 non-refundable damage insurance

Pet Fees - Non-refundable $500 per pet (restrictions apply - limit of 2 pets)
